When we began this engagement, Fiduem wasn’t Fideum at all. They had two distinct brands in the market. Blockbank was their retail arm ($BBANK Token) and Genblock - their institutional one, They faced the dual challenge of unifying these entities into a cohesive brand identity and positioning themselves as a worthy partner for major financial partners and investors.
Spark + Mint was engaged to help unify the brand, work on strategic projects and provide Fractional CMO leadership to drive and execute their voice in the marketplace.
Our first step was blending the unique strengths of Blockbank and Genblock to craft a consistent narrative for Fideum. The unified brand highlighted Fideum’s expansive offerings and appeal to both retail and institutional stakeholders.
